Organisation-level rules

Every organization can set the incoming call rule on the organisation-level. When an external contact is calling your organisation, needs your assistance, or joining your company into the existing group call, Reakt360 will join one of your teams based on the call rule you've selected.The platform will then join the correct user/-s based on that team's incoming call rule (on a team level).

Outgoing call rules

It is easy to create custom calls to reach any user, team or even an external organization. But what happens if your teams consistently follow the same call logic, especially when urgent assistance or escalation is needed?

This is where optional outgoing call rules come in. And outgoing call logic can be applied to any team, to allow those users to create an emergency call with a press of one button. In that case, Reakt360 will join correct teams and users based on the pre-set outgoing call rule.
